Notetech is committed to following the rules of personal data and privacy policies as each country has different laws on data protection. This section outlines the categories of data that we collect along with the purpose. 

Personal data that we might collect would be: Prefix, First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, Passwords in some cases, Video/Audio, IP Address, Time Spent/Taken, Your Suggestions/Queries/Opinions/Learning etc. We may also collect data on your platform usage, institute/organization details, profile, and the like. 

The data can be accessed by certain recipients as per the requirements, and these parties will be strictly informed to maintain confidentiality of the data shared and maintain appropriate systems to ensure data security and protection. The recipient categories are mentioned below:

You can submit a request to access, sort, or even delete your data in case you want to gather more information or even mark your objection to data usage. Withdrawal Rights:
 It is your right to withdraw your consent at any time in the future. We shall still abide by the law and see what can be done. Again, to inform us of your withdrawal, you have to write to us info@notetech.com.

Secondary Purpose:
There will be a new content agreement form to be signed by you while moving to a new purpose. The new consent agreement will consist of details explaining the use in order to make you understand the processing conditions and other related things. 

Transfer of Data:
Based on your consent, the data collected from you may be transferred to other locations following the rules of those countries. However, necessary steps will be taken to confirm the security and confidentiality of the data transferred.

Notetech embraces reasonable and legal security procedures that may include: administration, physical security, and technical supervision as a part of data protection. 

Data Retention:
No data retention will take place after the required period of time. However, it can happen when required by law or when there is a requirement solely for legitimate business purposes.

As already mentioned, each country has different rules and regulations of data protection. And every country gives you the right to complain to your respective authorities in case of a conflict or disagreement.
